Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. (Poland)

2. Return Process
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send back the goods no later than 14 days from the day you informed us.

3. Return Shipping Costs

4. Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return—whichever occurs first. (Refura)
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
5. Condition of Returned Goods

6. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
7. Non-Returnable Items (Legal Exceptions)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including:
